E Michael Rosales, MBA, CSPO, CPIP, CSM
Chief Digital Product Consultant, BSG Co-founder
Michael is an innovative, value-centric, outcome-driven and entrepreneurial business strategist, digital product leader, thinker, and problem solver with Digital DNA leveraging 15+ years of product and business strategy experience.
A proven and passionate digital experience designer specializing in the ideation, development, launch and scaling of digital products for organizations in multiple industries utilizing various business models as well as building and implementing product management operational models to continuously capture and deliver value.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from the University of La Verne and a Master of Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology. He also has certifications in various business and product strategy programs from Northwestern-Kellogg, Rutgers University and Blue Ocean to name a few. In addition, Michael earned certifications from Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Product Owner and ScrumMaster, CSPO, CPIP, CSM and is a Certified Product Innovation Professional from Spark Engine.
When he is not working at his craft and sharpening his business and technical acumen, Michael enjoys fitness, hanging with his dogs and cats, watching documentaries, and spending time with his beloved family.
Elliot Ruiz
Chief Digital Project Officer, BSG Co-Founder
Elliot is a Logistic Support Specialist with over a decade of experience in process and operational analysis, and logistical improvement strategy implementation. He is also well-versed in product design- from user research and user-centered design thinking through delivering cutting-edge UIs and user experiences.
A strong collaborative leader with a military background, Elliot leverages his experience to lead diverse teams to deliver critical and complex projects in fast-paced and ever-changing environments. Elliot has earned his AS in Electrical Engineering and is pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at CCNY.
Elliot is an avid athlete with hobbies and activities that include sports, working out and enjoying the outdoors. His life experiences have produced a dynamic, energetic and well-rounded individual with unique perspectives on and off the boardroom floor.
